Outbound Sales Representative
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven person to join our team at Wafeq. The ideal
candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account
management, particularly in B2B environments. This individual will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within your assigned territory.
Grow and manage a portfolio of client accounts in Saudi Arabia or UAE.
Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer success.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in handling large numbers of calls (warm or cold calls).
Ability to work Sunday to Thursday.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Note: This role requires an Arabic speaker and flexibility to work Sunday to Thursday.
