Customer Experience Automation Developer
About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Automation Developer who will design, build, and maintain smart automations within the customer experience. This role will have a key impact in improving operational efficiency by integrating systems like Stripe, Wafeq Backend, Zendesk, Pipedrive, and other applications to reduce manual work and enhance service quality.
Responsibilities
Design and implement automated workflows connecting tools such as Wafeq backend, Zendesk, Stripe, Pipedrive and other software products applications through APIs.
Build and maintain custom APIs, scripts, or middleware to synchronize data related to customers, subscriptions, and support cases.
Develop event-driven automations to streamline repetitive CX tasks.
Implement automations for KPIs,SLA tracking, CSAT follow-ups, ticket escalations, and internal reporting.
Maintain documentation of workflow designs, integration logic, and configurations.
Continuously identify manual processes in CX and operations that can be automated.
Measure impact and success of automations based on time saved and process improvements.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript for automation scripting.
Strong experience with API integrations and webhooks.
Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier, n8n, or custom integration layers.
Experience with the below are great plus:
Stripe - subscription, billing, and refund automation
Zendesk - ticket routing, macros, triggers, and reporting automations
Pipedrive data synchronization and process automations
Slack/Notion - internal alerting and workflow triggers
This role is remote. You can work from anywhere between GMT+1 to GMT+4.
