About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engaging our target audience. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and proficiency in industry-standard design software.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with marketing objectives.

• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and managing revisions effectively.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content.

• Prepare design files for production, ensuring accuracy and readiness for various output formats.

• Provide creative input and recommendations on visual communication strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

• Experience with web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.

• Good video editing skills that allow you edit social media video content.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
